Nick Chadbourne
Chief Executive Officer

Nick joined LMS in February 2016 covering as Managing Director for our sister company, TCS, taking the role as Chief Operating Officer in September 2016. He moved into the CEO role in September 2017 and is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the business as well as sales strategy, process improvement and product development.

He has over 15 years' experience in the Financial Services sector holding senior positions at HBOS and a number of national mortgage and insurance brokerages.

Peter Clarkson
Chief Financial Officer

Peter joined LMS as Finance Director in 2000, and plays a key role in our financial, commercial and strategic development.

Peter graduated from Oxford University with a degree in mathematics then qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Ian Robinson
Supplier Management Director

Ian joined LMS in 2006, bringing with him 12 years experience of the lending industry and in particular supply management through previous roles with Abbey National plc and latterly Santander UK plc.

As Supplier Management Director Ian ensures our suppliers comply with our high standards of quality, speed and service.

Alistair Campbell
Technology Director

Alistair joined LMS as Technology Director in March 2015, bringing with him over 16 years’ experience delivering cutting edge technology solutions for leading clients across multiple industries, including 6 years as the Technology Director of the Australian subsidiary of Giesecke & Devrient, an international provider of products and solutions for payment, secure communication and identity management.

Alistair has a Ph.D. in Physics and a Masters in Business Administration.

Suzanne O'Connor
Director of Client Relationships

Suzanne has worked in the UK mortgage industry for around twelve years and has been with LMS for six. She oversees the management of our lender clients, delivering bespoke governance and risk control frameworks through her team of dedicated account directors.

Alongside her extensive relationship management skills, she acts as a support to others within our business, in particular the project methodology and implementation.

Paul Davies
Director of Business Development

Paul has worked in the UK mortgage industry for over twenty five years including 15 years with The Royal Bank of Scotland. Since joining LMS over five years ago he has led the delivery of winning many new lender partners to LMS.

As an integral part of the management team he is heavily involved in strengthening the LMS infrastructure and operation. His highly energetic approach and team ethic has seen him involved in all aspects of the LMS success story.
